1) Value points: Maximum 100 points for the column. Each value gets a point value representing the importance you give the stated value. The higher the point, the greater importance the value has for you. Your values and value points will stay the same for the three forms. The value points column should add up to exactly 100 points - no more, no less.

2) Career Points: Assign a career point to how well stated career allows you to express your values. Use this grid:

3) Weighted Score:  Multiply value points with career points across the row.

                                  (per row: value point x career points=weighted score)
