Morality
Discuss the role of morality in Huckleberry Finn.  How does he decide what is moral and what isn't?  What conflicts does he encounter when trying to sort out what is the "right" thing to do?  From what people or institutions does Huck receive training and advice about morality?  Which of these people or institutions does he disregard? How do you think Twain feels about the institutions and peopl that dispense advice about morality? How can we discern Twain's attitude?
