The simple answer is, because I can't stop.

Then, too, the world is so amazingly full of interesting and provocative people, ideas, and events. I feel called to bear witness. And the collaborative nature of theatre appeals both to my herd instinct, so sublimated in modern life, and to my enthusiasm for re-arranging things to see how they could be instead. Finally, I live in the Bay Area, perhaps the best place in the country to develop new theatre.
