The non-profit organizations listed below are eager to work with Gavilan students. Each has defined its needs for the coming semester, and each will probably request that students go through a regular application process--in most cases, filling out an application form and going through an in-person or phone interview. Some have additional requirements, noted on their web pages, such as fingerprinting. To help students and faculty understand the communities and contexts in which they'll experience service learning.

Please contact ONLY one or two agencies you are interested in working with and be responsible about getting to appointments on time. Always carry contact information so you can call if you are late or have to cancel.
